The flat graze is a low-level spread featuring all things charcuterie, arranged beautifully on a flat surface without added heights. Everything used is fully disposable for your convenience.
If you’d like to elevate the look with extra props, we can arrange them at an additional cost.

Luxury Graze
The luxury graze showcases a standard array of table arrangements tailored to the table’s length. Each bespoke table prop is crafted to enhance our client’s experience.
A refundable deposit is applied for each setting, promptly refunded during pack-down, accounting for any damages or losses. Starts at 6 feet – (Serves 35+) For each additional foot, the serving count increases by 7-10. All your graze table questions are covered in the FAQs below.

Our Graze Gallery provides just a sneak peek of what’s in store. We don’t confine ourselves to the displayed options – we go above and beyond to achieve the perfect final look. Our commitment extends beyond sticking to the same props; we continuously update our arrangement settings to stay current with trends. Early bookings are encouraged to avoid cancellations.
Our graze tables feature an arrangement with an array of cold cuts such as bacon, salami, mortadella, chicken ham, chicken bacon, and pepperonis. Complemented by gourmet crackers, French breads, baguettes, and breadsticks, the spread is enhanced with dips like date and lime chutney, hummus, and cheese dips. A diverse selection of cheeses and accoutrements completes the ensemble.
To explore more savory and sweet options, we can outsource them with the associated costs, along with a minimal service charge for arranging them.
We advise setting up the table, preferably in an area with moderate temperatures. Please note that we do not provide tables; they need to be pre-set. For outdoor arrangements, a shaded spot with a tent is recommended.
Our team arrives a few hours before the event for setup. The table and area where the table will be setup will need to be ready to go on our arrival
It is advisable to consume the spread within 4 hours for the freshest experience, especially with fruits and cheeses. While our serving portions are generous, they are intended to supplement a light meal.
Once the flat graze table is arranged, it’s yours to enjoy, as there are no returning props. If you desire extra props, we can discuss them for an additional cost, and they won’t be taken back. Please note that we won’t be staying for pack-down afterward.
Disposable cutlery and serving plates are available at a nominal cost upon request, and floral decorations can be arranged. For more information please feel free to discuss with us on WhatsApp.
Currently, our services are limited to Colombo, but we’re open to considering events in the Colombo suburbs to make them special. If you’re interested in our offerings and your event is in the Colombo suburbs, please give us a call to discuss further once the order form is filled and not acknowledged by us.
